Caldara: ‘Back in February’
Milan defender Mattia Caldara expects to be back around February but “I don’t want to push the time because there’s the risk of relapses”.
The centre-back joined the Rossoneri from Juventus in the summer, but he’s made only one appearance due to a series of injuries.
Initially he was struggling with a muscular problem, and he’s now out until next year with a ruptured achilles tendon.
“It’ll take a few more months,” Caldara confirmed, speaking to Tuttomercatoweb.
“I don’t want to push the time because there’s the risk of relapses.
“Of course, a player just wants to play but I need to think about working well to get back on the pitch as soon as possible and make my contribution.
“February? More or less. We still don’t know the time, but around then.”
